Dr. Zheng Ji (6 May 1900? — 29 July 2010) was a Chinese professor, biochemist, nutritionist, and supercentenarian who is currently unverified. He, at the time of his death, was the oldest practicing professor, and is considered "the father of modern nutritional science". He died at the age of 110 years, 84 days[1][2]. He had a PHD in biochemistry from Ohio State University, and wrote a book on healthy living in 2009. During his youth, due to illness, he had to take time off from school.
