Zeenat Bi (born 1899/1909?) is an Indian woman who claims to be the world's oldest dwarf, at 113 years. According to Zeenat Bi’s voter identity card, she is 106 years old as of 2016.
Bi has outlived all of her family and never married. Despite suffering from cataracts and a calcium deficiency, she survives on a government pension of ₹275 per month.
