Zechariah Barashi (1900? - 6 March 2017) was a Jewish longevity claimant.


Zechariah Barashi was said to be born in 1900 in what is now Iraqi Kurdistan (then part of the Ottoman Empire), Barashi migrated to what became the modern state of Israel in 1936. His Jewish ID card gave his year of birth as 1900, with no date of birth specified[1][2].

At his death in 6 March 2017 to claimed age of 117 years, he was a claim to "oldest living man", though not "world's oldest person" as Emma Morano, who was still living was born in 1899[3].
