Yu Te-Hsin (born 17 March 1915) is a Taiwanese centenarian who is the oldest person to paraglide tandem in the world validated by Guinness World Records.
Biography
Yu Te-Hsin was born in Taiwan on 17 March 1915. He worked as teacher.
Shortly before May 2020, he had a lumbar operation. On 14 May 2020 at the age of 105 years, 58 days, he was recognised as the world's oldest person to paraglide tandem (male) by Guinness World Records. He and his pilot took off at 686 metres (2,250.7 ft) in altitude and they paraglided tandem for nearly 14 minutes.
Yu Te-Hsin currently lives in Puli, Nantou, Taiwan, at the age of 105 years, 316 days.
