Yoshikazu Yamashita (born 10 April 1907) is a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). He is the oldest known man ever from Hiroshima Prefecture and currently Japan's 4th oldest living man (behind Masazo Nonaka, Tsunahei Ogawa and Chitetsu Watanabe).

Yamashita currently lives in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, at age117 years, 9 days. He has been reported as the oldest living man in Hiroshima Prefecture since Keisan Miura died on 19 November 2014 (just a week before his 109th birthday) and the oldest living person since Toshimi Kikkawa (who was just ten days older than him) died on 10 October 2018.
