Yone Saito (Japanese: 齋藤ヨネ; 10 July 1910 – 29 August 2020) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of death, she was she oldest living person in Iwate Prefecture.
Saito was born in the village of Arasawa (present-day city of Ashiro), Iwate Prefecture, Japan on 10 July 1910. In 1927, she married Kikumatsu Saito (deceased as of 2010). They had 9 children.
On her 100th birthday, she was visited by the Mayor of Hachimantai, Masahiko Tamura. At that time, she had 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. In September 2019, she was reported as the oldest living person in Iwate Prefecture.
Saito died at a hospital in Hachimantai, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, at 8:20 AM of 29 August 2020, at the age of 110 years, 50 days.
