Victoria Soto Torrez (19 October 1906 – 12 July 2020) was a Bolivian-born Argentine supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). If validated, she would have been the oldest (known) living person in Argentina at the time of her death, as well as the oldest person ever from Argentina, being older than the validated record holder at the time, Casilda Benegas.

Soto Torrez claimed to have been born in San Bernardo de Tarija, Tarija, Bolivia on 19 October 1906. Later, she emigrated to Argentina.
