Trijntje Aukes Jansma-Boskma (3 February 1882 – 5 March 1991) was a Dutch centenarian. At the time of her death, she was the oldest living person in The Netherlands.
Biography
Trijntje Jansma-Boskma was born in Veenwoudsterwal, Friesland, The Netherlands, on 3 February 1882 to parents Auke Klases Boskma and Trijntje Lammerts Boskma-Ruisch. in the village of Hardegarijp, she married Jelle Bartelds Jansma, who was born on 23 October 1874, with whom she would have two children.
Mrs. Jansma-Boskma became the oldest living woman in The Netherlands on 11 December 1989, following the death of Ymkje Hoofstra-Booi. After the death of Jan Machiel Reyskens on 7 January 1990, she became the oldest living person in The Netherlands.
Trijntje Jansma Boskma died in Veenwoudsterwal, Friesland, The Netherlands, on 5 March 1991 at the age of 109 years, 30 days. Following her death, Johanna Zandstra-Giezen, from the province of Friesland as well, became the oldest living person in The Netherlands
