Tome Horigome (Japanese: 堀籠とめ; 22 January 1857 – 14 November 1968) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Tome was born on 22 January 1857 in a farmhouse in Furukawa, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. In 1875, at the age of 18, she was adopted by the Horigome's family. Next year, at the age of 19, she married. She gave birth to the youngest child in 1898. Although she gave birth to four children, the three of them died when they were young. Only the youngest child survived.

At the age of 100, she still had good sight and hearing. She was able to clean up the house before breakfast and to take care of her great-grandson.

Tome passed away in Nakaniida Town (present-day Kami), Miyagi Prefecture, Japan at the age of 111 years, 296 days. At the time of her death, she may have been the world's oldest person.
