Tame Yamaguchi (born 20 March 1907) is a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is the oldest known living person in Miyazaki prefecture, Japan.

Biography

Tame Yamaguchi was born in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan on 20 March 1907. She became the oldest known living person in Miyazaki prefecture on 1 April 2016, following the death of 110-year-old Minoe Kageyama.

Yamaguchi currently lives in Hyuga, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, at the age of 117 years, 30 days.
