Take Tanaka (Japanese: 田中タケ; 21 April 1904 – fl. 28 March 2016) was a validated Japanese supercentenarian.

Biography

Tanaka was born in Japan on 21 April 1904. In 2011, she became the oldest living person in the city of Matsubara. Tanaka became the oldest living person in Osaka prefecture following the death of Misao Okawa on 1 April 2015. Her age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group on 18 November 2015. She was a resident of the city of Matsubara, Osaka Prefecture.

Tanaka was last reported alive on 28 March 2016, at the age of 111 years, 342 days.
