Shizu Sato (Japanese: 佐藤志ず; 9 December 1907 – 29 August 2020) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Shizu Sato was born on 9 December 1907 in Japan. Her eldest son was Toyosaku. In September 2019, she was reported as the second-oldest living person in Nagano Prefecure, behind Michiko Yamazaki. At the age of 112, she lived in Tenjindo, Iiyama.
Sato died in Iiyama, Nagano Prefecture, Japan, on 29 August 2020, at the age of 112 years, 264 days. She was the oldest known living person in Nagano prefecture at the time of her death.
