Román Lopez (born 7 July 1907?) is a Dominican Republic supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). If his claimed age is true, he would be the world's oldest living man.

Lopez claims to have been born in El Arrollo, Barahona, Dominican Republic, on 7 July 1907. He always worked in agriculture: cultivating bananas, yautia, cassava and other minor products. He has traveled 4 times to the United States and visited many US states. He married four times and had 20 children (18 of whom were alive in 2017).

Although he has hearing problems, according to his relatives he has no serious health problems. Even at the claimed age of 112, he is still able to walk and keeps going to church, although he has problems with one leg. Following the death of Chitetsu Watanabe on 23 February 2020, Lopez became a candidate for the "Oldest Living Man" title.

Lopez currently lives in El Arrollo, Barahona, Dominican Republic, at the claimed age of 112 years, 277 days. He currently lives with his first daughter, Gladys Lopez Arias.
