Roderick Augustus Isaac, Sr (5 February 1912 – 13 June 2019) was a Trinidadian centenarian who was the oldest living man in Trinidad and Tobago at time of his death.
Roderick Isaac was born in Trinidad and Tobago on 5 February 1912.
He married Elisha and had 10 children: Allison (now deceased), Vicki Pollydore, Ann McLeod, Lynne Nelson, Anthony Isaac, Ken Isaac, Adelia McBride, Roderick Isaac Jr, Monica Xavier and Kim Ballah. His wife died at age 65.
At the some point in life, he moved to Middletown, New York, USA. He did carpentry and worked at the pump house at the US base. Later, he returned to Trinidad and Tobago.
In his 107th birthday, five of his nine living children, were at his birthday party: Vicki Pollydore, Ann McLeod, Lynne Nelson and Anthony Isaac who reside in Trinidad, and Ken Isaac who lives in the US. Adelia McBride, Roderick Isaac Jr, Monica Xavier and Kim Ballah who reside in the US could not make the trip.
As of February 2019, he had 24 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren (including Lea was born one day before his 107th birthday).
He lived at Golden Eon Senior Citizen Accommodation.
