Orsola Virginia Perego (10 January 1892 – 25 February 2003) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was the oldest known person in the Italian region of Lombardy at the time of her death.


Orsola Perego was born in Chiavenna, Lombardy, Italy on 10 January 1892. She retired after the end of World War II in 1945. On her 111th birthday, she was congratulated via telegram by Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, the then-President of Italy. Her claim was verified by Giovanni Alunni and validated by the GRG on 18 August 2003.

Perego died in Chiavenna, Lombardy, Italy, on 25 February 2003 at the age of 111 years, 44 days. She was the fourth-oldest known person in Italy behind Teresa Fumarola, Giovanni Frau and Virginia Dighero.
