Onorina Unigan (6 October 1909 – 18 April 2020) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Onorina Unigan was born in Montegalda, Veneto, Italy on 6 October 1909, in the middle of the Giolittian era when the lira made its mark on gold, as told by the Giustitalia association of which Onorina was an honorary member. She was also an eyewitness of the First and Second World Was, conflicts in which she lost many family and friends.

Unigan was one of the few women to boast the primacy of having participated in the first universal female suffrage in 1946 before the birth of the Italian Republic. Her passions were the Italian national football team and politics. Her secret to her longevity was never taking too many cigarettes and light meals accompanied by a single glass of wine a day.

Unigan celebrated her 110th birthday on 6 October 2019 at the Felicita di Savoia boarding school with friends and family. At age 110, she was said to be in good shape.

Onorina Unigan died in Turin, Piedmont, Italy on 18 April 2020 at the age of 110 years, 195 days.
