Sister Odile Helene Suzanne Jeanne de Plunkett (née Dubois; born 7 January 1909) is a French supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is one of the oldest living nuns in the world.

Odile de Plunkett was born Odile Helene Suzanne Jeanne Dubois in the eighth arrondissement of Paris on 7 January 1909. She married Francis de Plunkett, who was 12.5 years her senior, on 25 July 1929 aged 20. The couple had two daughters and adopted a third.
