Sister Odile Helene Suzanne Jeanne de Plunkett (née Dubois; 7 January 1909 – 15 November 2020) was a French supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was one of the oldest living nuns in the world at time of her death.


Odile de Plunkett was born Odile Helene Suzanne Jeanne Dubois in the eighth arrondissement of Paris on 7 January 1909. She married Francis de Plunkett, who was 12.5 years her senior, on 25 July 1929 aged 20. The couple had two daughters and adopted a third. Francis died on 25 June 1954, four days after his 58th birthday, after almost 25 years of marriage.

In 1959, at the age of 50, de Plunkett became a nun, which she was until her death. In 2019, she had 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. She lived in a convent in Orleans, Centre-Val de Loire.

Odile de Plunkett died in in Orleans, Centre-Val de Loire, France on 15 November 2020 at the age of 111 years, 313 days.
