Monika Savickiene [Lithuanian: Monika Savickienė] (8 February 1902? – fl.10 February 2014) was Lithuanian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Monika Savickiene was born in the Russian Empire (present-day Lithuania), on 8 February 1902. Allegedly, her grandfather lived to be 112 and her parents lived to be 100.
She married in the 1940s. In 1948, she with her husband and son was deported to Siberia. She returned with son to Lithuania a decade later and worked on livestock farms throughout her life. She had one son, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Monika Savickiene died after February 2014 at the age of at least 112 years. She was last confirmed alive on 10 February 2014 in Kaunas, Kaunas County, Lithuania.
