Misae Taniguchi (Japanese: 谷口みさ枝; born 22 March 1908) is a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

As of July 2019, Taniguchi is the oldest living person in Mie Prefecture. She currently lives in Taiki, Mie Prefecture, Japan at the age of 116 years, 28 days.
