Mbarka Bent Ali Ben Hammouda Maamri (6 March 1899? - 18 January 2015) was Tunisian longevity claimant.

Biography

Mbarka Maamri was born in Hajeb Laayoun, Kairouan, Tunisia on 6 March 1899. She lived both world wars and several chapters in Tunisian history, from the French occupation to the national liberation, and under several regimes, from the Beylical monarchy to the republic and from dictatorship to democracy. Mbarka Maamri passed away 18 January 2015 at the claimed age of 115 years and 318 days[1]. If her age is true, she could be oldest woman ever from Tunisia.
