Maxine "Max" Ashinger (née Burnside; 3 August 1876 – 29 September 1986) was a validated American supercentenarian.

She was born in Champaign, Ohio on 3 August 1876 as the daughter of William and Levina Williams. She married the widower Frederick Ashinger some time after 1917.

Mrs. Ashinger died in Wayne, Indiana on 29 September 1986, aged 110 years, 57 days.
