Maxima Ramona Cabrera Alfaro (18 November 1893 – 13 February 2004) was an Uruguayan supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).


Cabrera Alfaro was born in Maldonado, Uruguay, on 18 November 1893. She lived all her life in this city and raised her children there. On her 110th birthday, she had two living daughters, Rosa Inocencia and Irma (one was 93 and another was 83 years old). Rosa Inocencia died at the age of 97 in 2008. Her daughter, Irma (born 7 April 1921), is still alive as of June 2019.

At the time of her 110th birthday, she had 3 grandchildren (Cristina, Teresa, Ruben), 7 great-grandchildren (Beatriz, Luis, Alejandra, Roberto, Diego, Andrea, Graciela), 5 great-great-grandchildren (Cecilia, Analia, Andrea, Mariana and Nicolas) and 3 great-great-great-grandchildren (Emiliano and Nicolas).

Cabrera Alfaro died on 13 February 2004 at the age of 110 years, 87 days.
