Matilda Coppins (11 October 1842 – 22 December 1951) was a British centenarian who was the oldest known living person in the United Kingdom at the time of her death.
Matilda Coppins was born on 11 October 1842 in England, UK. She became the oldest living person in the UK on 19 March 1948, following the death of 107-year-old Elizabeth Sellwood. At 105 years, 160 days, she was the youngest to do so since Ann Russell in 1929.
