Mary Kathryn Denny (née Bissler; born 10 June 1910) is an American supercentenarian who is the oldest known person living in the U.S. state of Ohio. Her age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).


Denny was born in a log cabin east of the Suffield Elementary School on Waterloo Road, Suffield, Ohio, United States, on 10 June 1910. She was born as the seventh and youngest child of Joseph Bissler and Mary K. Kehner. She attended the old Suffield Elementary School. After that, she went to St. Joseph School for two years, walking three miles one way to school. Later she attended and graduated from Suffield High School (1924-1928).

In 1938, she married Russell S. Denny (1906–1995). The couple had no children. She voluntarily gave up driving at the age of 93 and lived in her Suffield home until the age of 101, when she decided to move to the Gables of KentRidge in Kent in the spring of 2012.

Denny currently lives at the HomeStead at GentleBrook in Hartville, Ohio, United States, at the age of 111 years, 3 days.
