Mary Bagby (née Wedlaw; 20 July 1890 – 31 October 2001) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently pending by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Mary Bagby was born in Castor, Bienville Parish, Louisiana, USA on 20 July 1890. She was reared in a Christian home and learned much about the Bible and the love of Jesus Christ at her mothers knee. She confessed Jesus Christ at an early age and united with the friendship Baptist Church of Castor, Louisiana. Her family moved from Depew, Oklahoma in 1918. She moved to Madera in early 1936, where she united with the Second Missionary Baptist Church. She had at least one child, Elder Eddie Cathcart.
Mary Bagby died in Madera, California, USA on 31 October 2001 at the age of 111 years, 103 days.
