Martha Lapsa (9 June 1895 - 27 December 2005) was an unvalidated Latvian-American supercentenarian.
Martha Lapsa was born in the Russian Empire, present-day Latvia on June 9, 1895. During her life in Latvia, she worked as a teacher. She migrated to the United States in her adult life, where she initially was a resident of Wheaton, Illinois. Thereafter she moved to Paw Paw, in 1978. She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. She was a member of the Latvian Evangelical Lutheran United Church of Kalamazoo and loved horses, working out doors and keeping in touch with friends.
Lapsa died at Lakeview Continuing Care Center in Lawton, Michigan, USA, on Dec. 27, 2005, at the age of 110 years, 201 days.
