Marianna Blaziak was born on 14 September 1909. She lived in the village of Dobryniów-Kolonia, Lopiennik Gorny [Polish: Łopiennik Górny] commune, Lublin Voivodeship.
On 14 September 2019 she celebrated her 110th birthday as the second person in the history of Lublin Voivodeship, after Jadwiga Szubartowicz in 2015.
