Maria Schmitz (27 August 1886 - 22 October 1996) - was a validated German supercentenarian.
Biography
Maria Schmitz was born on 27 August 1886 and passed away on 22 October 1996 at the age of 110 years, 56 days. Her case was validated by the Gerontology Research Group on Mar. 30, 2004. At the time of her death, she was the second oldest person in Germany behind Pauline Spyra.
