Anna Margrethe Frederikke Egholm (née Niclassen; 28 May 1903 – 24 July 2008) was a Faroese centenarian who was the oldest living person on the Faroe Islands at time of death.
Biography
Margrethe Egholm was born in Midvagur, Faroe Islands, on 28 May 1903. Her parents were Johannes Niclassen and Henriette (née Joensen) Niclassen. She married Peter Andreas Egholm (1898–1954). The couple had 1 children: Jens Petur Egholm (1933–2017). She had 2 grandchildren.
Margrethe Egholm died in Torshavn, Faroe Islands, on 24 July 2008, at the age of 105 years, 57 days.
