Lucile Randon (known as Soeur Andre; born 11 February 1904) is a French supercentenarian who has been officially validated. She became the oldest living person in France, following the death of 114-year-old Honorine Rondello on 19 October 2017.

Biography

Randon was born on 11 February 1904 in Ales, Gard department, Languedoc-Roussillon. She remembered the hard period of World War I. Lucille has served as governess and teacher in various houses. After World War II, she worked for 28 years at the Hospital of Vichy with orphans and elderly people. She currently lives in Toulon, France, and is the world’s fourth-oldest person whose age has been validated.
