Louisa Delfino (10 December 1886 – 29 June 1999) was a validated Italian-born American supercentenarian.
Biography
Louisa Delfino was born in an Italian town called Isernia in the region of Molise, on 10 December 1886. She married a man named Donato, who later emigrated to United States as a construction worker in Ohio. In 1913, Louisa relocated to the United States as well.
She became a widow around 1973. At age 111, she moved to a nursing home in Painesville, Ohio. At the time of her 112th birthday, it was reported that she felt that God ”forgot about her.”
Louisa Delfino died in Ohio, USA, on 29 June 1999 at the age of 112 years, 201 days.
