This is a list of people who held the title of “World’s oldest woman”, but did not hold the title of “World’s oldest person” (WOP) at the same time. This list does not go earlier than 1955, as that is when Guinness World records was established. If the following women went on to become the world’s oldest person (WOP) it is listed in the last column.
