Komiya Miyazaki [Japanese: 宮崎コミヤ] (20 August 1897 – 4 January 2011) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of her death, she was the fourth-oldest living person in Japan, after Chiyono Hasegawa, Shige Hirooka, and Jiroemon Kimura. She was also the oldest living person in Hiroshima Prefecture.

Komiya Miyazaki was born in Miyoshi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan on 20 August 1897.
Following the death of 110-year-old Hatsuyo Otsuchi on 10 September 2007, Miyazaki became the oldest living person in Hiroshima Prefecture. Her age was verified by Hamish Todd, Ken Matsuoka, and MHLW, Japan, and validated by the GRG on 28 November 2007.
Komiya Miyazaki died in Miyoshi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan on 4 January 2011, at the age of 113 years, 137 days. Following her death, Hiro Nakae became the oldest living person in Hiroshima Prefecture.
