Katharina Hagemeyer (born 4 August 1908) is an unvalidated German supercentenarian who may be the oldest living person in Germany.

Biography

Katharina ('Käthe') Hagemeyer was born in Hohenlimburg, Westphalia (Prussia) on 4 August 1908. She went to Milpse where she became a trained hotel professional. Later she worked in lots of hotels and households in different German regions.

She never married nor had children. Today, she is living in a retirement home enjoying daily telephone contact to her niece‘s family.

At the age of 111, Hagemeyer is the oldest living person of Hagen ever.

Following the death of Mathilde Mange on 28 October 2019, Katharina Hagemeyer became the oldest living person (claimant) in Germany.
