Jozsef Kasalyak [Hungarian: Kasalyák József] (19 May 1913 – 29 February 2020) was a Hungarian centenarian. At the time of his death, he was the oldest known living male in Hungary.
Jozsef Kasalyak was born on 19 May 1913, in Vajdacska, Austria-Hungary (present-day Hungary). He became an orphan as a child. Therefore, he had to work hard from an early age. He worked as a stable boy in numerous manors.
Jozsef married at the age of 20 and had 10 children (he outlived four of them). He owned a land where he would work even as a centenarian, although he officially retired in 1973. At the age of 101, he would still sell his products at a market in Satoraljaujhely. At the age of 106, he lived alone, but a granddaughter of his took care of him. The exact number of his descendants was unknown; he had more than 20 grandchildren, dozens of great-grandchildren and more than 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Kasalyak became the oldest known living male in Hungary upon Elemer Speigler’s death in March 2019. He died on 29 February 2020, in Vajdácska, at the age of 106 years, 286 days.
