Jelisaveta Veljkovic (Serbian: Јелисавета Вељковић; 18 July 1904 – 22 October 2016) was a Croatian-Serbian supercentenarian whose age Is validated by the Gerontology Research Group. At the time of her death, she was the oldest living person in Serbia.
Jelisaveta was born as Cenka Kufner in Ravna Gora, Austria-Hungary (now Croatia) on 18 July 1904. She had two sisters and two brothers. At age of 16, she moved to Belgrade, Serbia. She lived in Belgrade with her friend, and close to decorator of National Theatre in Belgrade, Stanislav Veljkovic, her future husband. They are married when Jelisaveta was 20 years old. They are married in St. Mark's Church (old church), Tasmajdan Park. Couple had seven children. Her husband passed away in 1983. She had surgery of cataract and because surgery she can't watch television. She has bad eyesight and she can't reading anymore. She attributed her longevity to good genetics in her family, her aunt died at the age of 103 years, and uncle at the age of 104 years.
She lived in Savski Venac, Belgrade, Serbia with her daughter Zora Antonijevic. At age of 111, she had 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Veljkovic died on 22 October 2016, aged 112 years, 96 days. After her death, Darinka Jandric became the new oldest living Serbian.
