Janosne Kerner (born 23 December 1909) is a Hungarian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is the second oldest (known) living person in Hungary, behind Veronika Zsilinszki.
Biography
Kerner was born in Kazsok, Somogy County, Austria-Hungary (present-day Hungary), on 23 December 1909. During her life, she mainly worked in the hospitality and agriculture sectors. She has a daughter aged 88, and a number of descendants, including five great-great-grandchildren.
Since the age of 105, she has been living in a home for the eldery in Balatonfuzfo, Veszprem County. She is still said to be a great observer and debater with a wry sense of humour. She celebrated her 110th birthday in December 2019.
Kerner currently lives in Balatonfuzfo, Veszprem County, Hungary, at the age of 111 years, 29 days.
