Helma Graham (28 June 1904 – 6 October 2015) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was the oldest known person in the US state of Florida at the time of her death.
Biography[]
Helma Graham was born in Manhattan, New York City, New York State, USA on 28 June 1904. Her father Henry died when she was only 8 years. After death of her father, her family moved to Secaucus, New Jersey where they bought two lots and had a house built with the insurance money. Her mother Theresa worked from home as a seamstress sewing together police uniforms. She married George Graham and had four children (including Richard Graham). She was widowed in 1936. She moved to Seminole, Florida in 1989.
Helma Graham died in Seminole, Florida, USA on 6 October 2015 at the age of 111 years, 100 days.
