Filisbino Juliano Costa (1909? - 14 November 2019) was a Mozambique-born Brazilian supercentenarian claimant.

Filisbino Juliano Costa claimed that he was born in Mozambique in 1909. Later he emigrated to Brazil as a baggage slave and brought the number 68 marked in iron on his back before boarding a Black Ship. Filisbino Juliano Costa passed away in Itarare, Brazil on 14 November 2019 at the claimed age of 110+ years[1]. If his age is true, he could have been oldest known man ever born in Mozambique.
