Jess(i)e Woodard (17 November 1910 – 17 March 2021) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At time of his death, he may have been the oldest known man in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
Biography[]
Woodard was born on 17 November 1910. As of 2001, he lived in Water Valley, Mississippi. His brother, James Woodard (1 December 1905 – 13 February 2013), lived to be 107 years, 74 days old. One of his grandsons, Justin, died in October 2019. In November 2020, he celebrated his 110th birthday.
Woodard died in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States on 17 March 2021 at the age of 110 years, 120 days.
