Harvey Hite (15 November 1897 – 16 February 2008) was a validated American supercentenarian.
Biography[]
Harvey Hite was born on 15 November 1897 in Rock Island, Indianapolis, Indiana to John B. Hite and Lydia Jones Hite.
He married Mary Edith Boyer on 27 April 1918 in Huntington. The couple had 3 children: 2 sons and 1 daughter. His wife died in 1977.
There was also a history of longevity in his family: his sister Cleo Brown lived to be 89/90, his sister Cora Keplinger lived to be 104, his brother Robert Hite lived to be 95, his sister Kathleen Campbell lived to be 96.
He died in Warren, Indiana on 16 February 2008 at age 110 years, 93 days.
