Eugenia Vrantis [Greek: Ευγενία Βράντη] (13 February 1906? – 22 August 2017) was a Greek supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).


Eugenia Vrantis claimed to have been born as Eugenia Hadjidaniel on 13 February 1906. Her father was Ioannis Hatzidaniel. She was the youngest of the eight children. She grew up in the bookshop of her family and the books were an integral part of her life. She wanted to study architecture at the Polytechnic.

She married Evangelos Vrantis and they had two daughters, Nena - who passed away at the age of 80, and Sofia (Gia). One of her granddaughters died of cancer at the age of 16. Even as a centenarian, she was able to read the books, but last 10 years of her life she was unable to read due to poor sight. At the age of 107, she had fallen and had her hip broken.

Eugenia Vrantis died on 22 August 2017 in Mytilene, North Aegean, Greece at the claimed age of 111 years, 190 days.
