Emma Scott (née Cusic; 23 March 1903 – 22 September 2013) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Emma Scott was born in Arcola, Mississippi, USA on 23 March 1903. Her parents were Eugene Cusic Mary (née Williams) Cusic. She moved to Detroit in 1959. She worked in a convalescent home and meat packing plant. She married Charlie Scott and had three children. Charlie died of cancer in the 1960s. She lived with her daughter Willie May Smith (born 1919).
Emma Scott died in Macomb Township, Michigan, USA on 22 September 2013 at the age of 110 years, 183 days.
