Emilie Zimmermann (10 April 1908 – 23 September 2018) was an unvalidated German supercentenarian who was one of the oldest living people in Germany at the time of her death.

Zimmermann was born in Wanne-Eikel, Prussia (Westphalia) on 10 April 1908 and moved to Kesselberg, Prussia (Posen) in 1914. Today it is Jarocin, Poland. She had four brothers and two sisters. In 1920, the family was expelled and moved to Bremen. Later she worked as housekeeper and secretary. She also spent her time in the local church.

Zimmermann married twice. She married her second husband Otto (or Gustav) in 1978. In 1995, the couple moved into the nursing home where Mrs. Zimmermann lived until her own death. Her husband died there aged 102 in 1996, one year later. She never had any children.

Zimmermann became the oldest living inhabitant of Lower Saxony with the passing of Else Giesecke on 27 March 2018. She died on 23 September 2018 in Geestland, Lower Saxony at the age of 110 years, 166 days.
