Dorothy Baldwin (8 February 1902 – 1 January 2014) was a verified British supercentenarian.[1] She was the 2nd oldest living person in the UK at the time of her death, behind Ethel Lang. She was also the first supercentenarian to die in 2014.

Biography

Baldwin was born in Carrington, Nottingham. She attended High Pavement School, Stanley Road, where she enjoyed studying history and geography, before starting work a week before the end of the First World War.[2]
