Daniel Romano (21 July 1905 – 28 March 2015) was a Uruguayan centenarian.
Biography
Daniel Romano was born in Uruguay on 21 July 1905. He was the protagonist in the Evacuation of Paso de los Toros in 1959, when with a loudspeaker he gave the alert to the Elizabethans that the city had to be abandoned due to the danger of the important flood of the Negro River.
Daniel Romano died in Uruguay on 28 March 2015 at the age of 109 years, 250 days. He is currently oldest known man ever from Uruguay.
