Choe Pu Young (2 November 1897? – fl. 19 March 2010) was a North Korean supercentenarian claim.
Biography
Choe Pu Young claimed that she was born in Samsong-ri, North Chungcheong, North Korea on 2 November 1897. She was first reported in 2007 when she was 110-years old.
Pu Young was last reported to be alive 19 March 2010 when she lived in Samsok District, Pyongyang, North Korea at the age of 112 years, 137+ days. If her age is correct, she could be oldest known woman ever from North Korea.
