Charlotte Petersen (18 July 1907 – 15 August 2008) was a Greenlander centenarian.
Charlotte Ane Karoline Louise Petersen was born on 18 July 1907 in Qoornooq, Nuuk, Greenland to parents Jonathan Petersen (1881–1961) and Marie Lynge (1882–1910). Her mother died when she was young and her father remarried. She never married and did not have any children.
Petersen is the third-oldest woman ever from Greenland, after Agnethe Fencker and Malene Lund. At the time of her death, she was the oldest living person in Greenland and second-oldest person ever in Greenland.
Charlotte Petersen died in Nuuk, Sermersooq, Greenland, on 15 August 2008 at the age of 101 years, 28 days. She was also the last Greenlander person born in the 1900's decade.
