Catherine "Kitty" Kenney (born 4 January 1914) is an American centenarian who is one of the oldest known survivors of COVID-19, having recovered from the disease at the age of 106.
Biography
Catherine Kenney was born in New York City, New York State, USA on 4 January 1914. She married and had three sons and one daughter (all deceaded as of December 2020). She moved to Hazlet, New Jersey in 1958.
COVID-19 Survival
During the coronavirus pandemic, she was infected with COVID-19; however, she successfully recovered on 11 May 2020.
As of December 2020, she had three grandchildren (including Michael Kenney, who lives in Highlands, New Jersey) and two great-grandchildren.
Catherine Kenney currently lives at Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, New Jersey, USA, at the age of 107 years, 106 days.
